Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location, though oversized items like bathtubs may require freight shipping which can extend delivery times.
What is your return policy for toilets and sinks?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, products must not have been installed or used to be eligible for a full refund.
Do DeerValley products come with a warranty?
Yes, all DeerValley products come with a limited one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. We stand by the quality of our ceramic and acrylic craftsmanship.
What should I do if my ceramic product arrives damaged?
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If you notice any cracks or damage, contact our support team within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging, and we will arrange a free replacement immediately.
Are installation services included with my purchase?
DeerValley provides high-quality fixtures and detailed installation guides, but we do not offer direct installation services. We recommend hiring a licensed plumber to ensure your fixtures are installed correctly.
Is mounting hardware included with your sinks?
