At DeerValley Bath, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fixture or appliance isn't the perfect fit for your home, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the item in its original box with all protective foam and accessories to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location for transit.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item for any damages, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
